As a homeowner at Oak Lake initial login access has been given as follows:
- Username: lastname of the homeowner
- Password: lastname of the homeowner (lowercase)
Upon the initial logon to the website all homeowners are requested to update their profile and change their password.
As a residing renter of an Oak Lake home the renter can login to the website as follows:
- Username: Renter + house number + street abbreviation ( i.e. renter1001EO, renter1001SD, renter1005DC)
- Password: Renter + house number + street abbreviation (lower case)
Renters are requested to update their profile as well.
